RD Health Services has been an invaluable tool for us at Sage House Senior Care. We currently own and operate three, 10­ bed assisted living homes in Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona, and we strive to offer the highest possible level of care in our market. Part of our strategy is to ensure that the clinical care in our homes is overseen by a nurse. The other part is to leverage the best electronic systems available. RDHS is head and shoulders above every other service plan system we’ve seen. It is easy to navigate, intuitive, and effective. Shortly after entering the AL business, I was reviewing all of the service plans we had on file. Much to my dismay, the sloppy, handwritten plans were barely legible. When I asked the previous provider if he could at least type the report, he scoffed and seemed annoyed with the request. Well, it was an easy decision for me to fire them on the spot and look for a better solution. This product was just what we needed. It has saved us a lot of time and hassle, and more importantly, we now have clean, beautiful service plans that can actually be read and followed. Service plans should not just be a box we check. I really like the layout of the website and how it is organized! The site is very easy to navigate through the different pages, even from your smartphone, and especially now during this time of COVID19, doing the Service Plans electronically for my residents is a must for me! The questions to complete an assessment for my residents, are formulated in a way that all the managers of Assisted Living Homes should be able to answer and create a DEFICIENCY FREE Service Plan! As a manager of a carehome, I know my residents the best, so doing the Service Plans electronically and being reviewed and corrected, if necessary, in one business day by a Registered Nurse is amazing!

For anyone looking for help with their service plans, I have been using David Lup from RD Health Services since 2015 to do my service plans. His form is by far the best one I’ve seen. When he launched his online system a couple of years ago, I was one of the first to sign up and now I would never want to use anything else. When a new resident moves in to one of my homes, I log in and within 15 minutes the service plan is completed. Updating a service plan takes me less than 5 minutes, the system is so easy that it has become second nature. I’ve had multiple state surveyors visit my businesses since and they have all been pleased. I highly recommend using RD Health Services!

I really recommend RD Health Services and I encourage all Assisted Living Facilities to try their services and I promise you will love them! The system and everything is so fast and easy to use! I don’t ever worry about my expiration dates because I always get reminders for the due dates! Who else knows our residents better than we do? The main thing I love is that I now have the opportunity to easily do the service plan myself instead on relying on someone else to do a good job. I love it!!

Excellent! I really enjoy working with RD Health Services! Everything is easy and fast. I do the service plan on the computer and then I print it. David is always willing to give me more help if I need it and he has even done the entire service plan at times for me so that I just print it! RD Health Services is a real help and cost less than the nurse I had before. David is very professional and he has built an excellent program. He responds to all my questions super-fast! We have been working together for years now. I am always going to recommend David and his team and I appreciate everything they do!

5 Stars! The system is simple and convenient to use. I love that once I receive a new client I can simply collect all their information, log on to the website and do the service plan in just a few minutes and have it approved by the next day. I also really appreciate the fact that I don’t have to be bombarded with multiple appointments.
