Why am I writing you?

Let me start by asking you this: If you were to have a state surveyor knock on the door of your group home today, would you have complete peace of mind that your service plans meet all state requirements? Or would you be concerned?

According to the Bureau of Residential Facilities Licensing of Arizona, service plan deficiencies are one of the top 10 most common deficiencies given by inspectors. The unfortunate reality is that a majority of group home owners are not confident their service plans meet, let alone exceed the standards.

The journey

When I first started doing service plans for assisted living facilities a few years ago, I was amazed at how much improvement the current system needs. Service plan forms are outdated, unorganized, and messy to say the least; in addition, as most of you know, they can also be very expensive.

For the last 2 years, I have been on a quest to improve the system in which service plans are completed. To accomplish this, I have been working hand in hand with a top of the line healthcare attorney, and website developer.

My purpose is to give you peace of mind that your service plans not only meet state requirements, but they exceed them. To do so, I have developed a system in which group home owners and managers have access to typed, professional grade service plans, which are well organized and easy to understand. These service plans are 100% compliant with Arizona Department of Health Services requirements and will cost a fraction of the price group home owners are currently paying.

I am thrilled to announce that I have almost reached the end of the journey!

Let me introduce myself

Before we go any further, I would like to take a moment to tell you a little about myself. My name is David Lup and I am a Registered Nurse. As a nurse, I have worked in several fields including Hospice Care, Home Health, Palliative Care, Rehabilitation Nursing, and of course, as a Service Plan provider for assisted living facilities. Also, before I became a nurse I worked in the Information Technology industry for several years.

My policy in business has always been to ensure all my customers have peace of mind and confidence that their service plans not only meet, but they exceed state requirements.

Even more import than being a nurse, I am the husband of an amazing woman and the father of three beautiful children! Milo, Penelope, and Chloe 😊. Things do become busy at times but, as anyone who has been blessed with a loving family knows, I would not trade it for anything in this world!
